We've been feeling this way for a long time and after dealing with a variety of health conditions, we decided to make our health a priority and what we eat plays a big part in this. Cooking from scratch and detoxifying our home requires a lot of planning.
Once our health became our top priority, we designed a system to help us manage this as best as we can. The goal is always to understand how our environment and the foods we eat are affecting our energy levels, mood and overall joy.

The Solution: Easy-to-implement strategies for eliminating processed foods and toxins from your life.
