Why we bake all the treats we eat? Processed foods and microplastics have serious detrimental effects on our health and gut. Our body doesn’t know what to do with the synthetics found in ready-made foods and unfortunately for us, these toxins end up stored in our fat cells until our bodies can’t cope with the surplus of unnatural toxins stored in our bodies. Not to mention that lately, so many foods are being recalled, for salmonella and metal fragments contamination.
Why bulk? Our Bulk Communal Baking Event is designed to make baking faster (do dishes just once), easier, and more fun when done as a group. Plus, bulk ingredients aren’t as processed as individually packaged ones and it’s a great way to learn new tricks in the kitchen.
What You’ll Make: Together, we’ll bake four different types of organic treats that you’ll get to take home.
On this week’s menu are the following:
1. Organic Raw Vegan Brownies + Caramel Frosting (12 Squares)2. Organic Date and Hemp Seed Chocolate Bars (12 Bars)
3. Organic Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars (16 Bars)
4. Organic Almond Date Clusters (12 Clusters)
Stock Up Your Pantry & Freezer: Each participant will leave with a generous portion of baked goods.
Why Join? Baking in bulk with others is not only efficient but also a great to learn how to organize your time so you learn how to cook everything you eat from scratch.
